A visit to Ayuba and Nathiagally Pakistan

On July 2, 2011, I went to Nathiagally a hilly area in Pakistan, situated only 35 Km drive away from Murree. The area is like a heaven which refreshed me and wiped out many tensions from my mind. I and my family enjoyed a lot there.

Before going to Nathiagally, we went to Ayubia National Park and watched the picturesque view of the whole area by a chairlift. While we were going through the hills and clouds, suddenly, it started raining and hailing,  we felt the hails striking our chairlift. After a while the rain and hailing stopped, some children appeared on the hills and  started singing and asked for money, many visitors threw money from the chairlift. On the top of the hills some young boys were doing photography and some were running small coffee shops for the visitors. We  took hot pokoras and coffee in that cold weather and enjoyed. Then we decided to go to Nathiagali which was more deeper into the forest. We were amazed after reaching to an area, where people were enjoying a concert  and the spectators were gradually accompanying the singers' band. It was really a cool and enchanting place where everyone was looking cheerful.

In my entire trip, I was observing  people's in all these recreational places where they were still enjoying and rejoicing despite of Pakistan's adverse political and security scenario. Yes, I can say that still there is life in Pakistan and people have not said good bye to happiness. Still, a ray of hope is there for this country to stand among developed countries.
